- Construct its outer segments
 
- Like Pie chart
 
- Add more complexity - Sub-divide each outer segments
 - Draw a chord
 
- Add mutual relationship
 - width of the chord at each end reflects the property(in the example is ‘size of outgoing’)
 
- Use colours to add some clarity
